BHX Conductor Rail Cart Case Study in Bangladesh | 380V Busbar-Powered Transfer Cart

2026-08-18

Project Overview

A manufacturing company in Bangladesh needed a reliable rail transfer solution for moving heavy materials over a relatively long travel distance inside its production facility.

The customer wanted a transfer cart that could operate continuously along the existing rail route without relying on a trailing cable or using the running rails as the power source.

After reviewing the customer’s workshop layout and operating requirements, we supplied a BHX Conductor Rail Cart with an external conductor rail power supply system.

Unlike traditional low-voltage rail-powered transfer carts that collect power directly through the running rails, the BHX transfer cart receives 380V industrial power from a conductor rail (busbar) installed alongside the track.

This configuration provides a stable power supply while keeping the running rails electrically separate from the power collection system.
