- Rail-guided electric flat transfer cart: As the name implies, a rail-guided electric flat cart travels on rails, and the laid rail lines serve as the running routes for the flat cart.
- Trackless electric flat transfer cart: A trackless electric flat carts can travel directly on the ground without laying rails. Its running route is not limited by rails and can turn freely.

Brief working principle of the low-voltage rail-powered electric flat trolley: A ground step-down transformer converts the 380V power supply into a 36V safe voltage, which is connected to the running guide rails of the carts. The power collection device of the cart draws electricity from the rails to the cart, and a step-up transformer on the cart boosts the 36V voltage to 380V and transmits it to the cart’s control box.
- BHX sliding contact line-powered electric flat carts
Brief working principle of the sliding contact line-powered rail flat trolley : An additional trench is dug on the side of the cart’s running track, and safety sliding contact line power collection equipment is arranged in the trench.
