The production workshop in the factory area is 500 meters away from the pre installation and commissioning area, and 12 batches of such components need to be transported daily.

The positioning groove effectively limits and supports the components with protruding structures such as columns and hydraulic interfaces, reducing lateral displacement during transportation. The rated load of the vehicle matches the weight range of a single component of 8-15 tons, and with a lower platform height, the overall operational stability is high.
The transfer vehicle is mainly used to connect the internal transportation route of about 500 meters between the production workshop and the pre installation and debugging area, which can meet the daily transportation needs of multiple batches.
