Table size (length × width): about 5000mm× 2500mm
Customer enterprise scale: A medium-sized manufacturing enterprise with an annual output value exceeding 800 million RMB, mainly engaged in heavy-duty steel structural components such as wind turbine towers and mining crusher main frames. The factory area is huge, with assembly production lines and finished product storage area.
Original issue:
Low transfer efficiency: A single workpiece (such as the lower section of a wind turbine tower) weighs up to 18 tons and was originally lifted by two forklifts in a coordinated manner. The single transfer across production lines/warehouses takes more than 40 minutes, and only 6-8 transfers can be completed per day, seriously slowing down the production line rhythm;
High safety risk: During forklift lifting, the center of gravity of the workpiece is unstable, and there have been two instances of “slight tilting”, resulting in scratches on the surface coating of the workpiece. The repair cost per unit exceeds 5000 yuan;
Space limitation: The main channel of the workshop is only 6 meters wide, and the combination of forklifts and workpieces occupies over 80% of the channel width. It often competes with other equipment (such as crane lifting equipment) for space, and the production line is shut down at least 3 times a month due to channel congestion.
Procurement and Application:
This Q3, we will purchase 2 sets of this 20 ton electric track flat cars and simultaneously lay 2 “production line storage delivery platform” through type tracks outdoors:
The flat transfer car supports remote control and manual dual operation, and production line workers can directly dispatch the flat transfer car to receive packages at the workstation. The transfer time is reduced to 15 minutes per trip, and the daily transfer volume is increased to 15+trips;
The flat transfer car is equipped with anti slip tools and buffer rubber strips, which have higher compatibility with the workpiece and have not caused any further workpiece collision problems after being put into use;
Track based operation does not occupy the main channel, and flat cars can be “on standby” in the track area between production lines, increasing workshop traffic efficiency by 40%
