We are a heavy industry manufacturer specializing in metal manufacturing and structural component processing. Transfer vehicles are mainly used to transport long and heavy metal materials such as steel beams, profiles, and prefabricated parts between cutting, welding, and assembly areas in the workshop.
The vertical pillars on the trolley are designed to keep the material upright and stable during transportation, preventing rolling or shifting.

To meet these requirements, a trackless transport vehicle with vertical support columns was designed. The transfer vehicle adopts an open flat platform equipped with multiple vertical columns as a positioning and holding structure for long materials.
The reinforced platform ensures sufficient load-bearing capacity, while the columns provide lateral support to prevent material movement. The open top design facilitates loading by cranes or forklifts, making it suitable for heavy industrial environments.
