Power Supply Method
It is powered by batteries, with the battery life of the trackless electric flat car being about 2.5 years. The drive wheels and load-bearing wheels can adopt high-strength polyurethane rubber solid tires or pneumatic tires, which eliminates the dependence of steerable electric flat cars on ground rails, does not damage infrastructure, and can move freely on the ground with unrestricted turning by space and road conditions. It can change the moving direction and route at any time, making it particularly suitable for on-site applications with unfixed operation routes.
Working Principle
- The driving part of the trackless electric flat car consists of two motors, which are respectively installed on the drive wheels, and the other end is composed of two universal casters.
- Turning during operation is achieved by the speed difference between the two motors, which is specifically controlled by the steering button on the wireless remote control. Pressing the left turn button makes the trackless industrial flat car turn left, and pressing the right turn button makes the industrial flat car turn right. It has the function of continuous turning while moving; the entire vehicle features safety and ease of operation.
- The motors installed on the drive wheels are equipped with brake lock devices, which have the function of stopping immediately when the power is cut off and stable safety performance.
- The driving power of the entire vehicle is supplied to the brushless DC motor by the battery installed inside the industrial flat car, which has the advantages of stable start-up, large starting torque, small impact on the reducer, low voltage, and long service life.
- Since the wheels of the trackless electric flat car are made of rubber materials, the ground is required to be concrete or steel plate pavement.
- The entire vehicle operates with safety and flexibility, with no restrictions on operating distance, and is widely used in industrial park environments without rails.
