Power: 36V on the rails. Insulated track. Safe voltage class. Touch it, nothing happens. Keep insulation clean, you're fine.
Pickup: Spring-loaded carbon brushes under the deck. Ride the rail head. Wear slow. Swap once a year.
Transformer: Onboard. 36V → 380V. Sealed unit. Doesn't overheat in continuous run.
Deck: 8–10 mm steel plate. Box frame under. 50 ton point loads don't bend it. Yellow-black hazard stripes on the sides.
Control: Remote control standard. PLC inside. Pendant optional. Electromagnetic brake — stops on power loss.
Speed: 0–20 m/min. VFD. Soft start, soft stop. 50 ton doesn't shift.
Housing: Steel enclosure. IP54. Orange paint. Yellow-black stripes.

Long straight track. That's the fit.

Running 50 ton loads 8+ hours? Battery cart needs charging. This one doesn't.

Track already laid? Add insulation, power supply, done.

Remote control operator stays clear of the load. Safer in tight spaces.

Wet or dusty? 36V is safety class. Just don't short the rails.

Many curves? BHX busbar or BXC battery fits better. Not this one.
