The BJT-30T cable drum transfer cart is a 30-ton rail-mounted transfer vehicle designed for fixed-path material handling over distances of up to 50 meters.
Instead of using batteries or low-voltage rail power, the cart receives 380V AC power through a motorized cable drum. The drum automatically winds and unwinds the power cable as the cart moves along the track.
This configuration eliminates battery charging and battery replacement while keeping the power cable controlled and protected during operation.
The BJT-30T is suitable for die transfer, mold handling, steel component transportation, foundry material handling, and cross-bay transfer where a fixed rail route is available.
The powered reel automatically winds and unwinds the cable during cart movement, reducing loose cable on the workshop floor.
The cart uses a 380V AC industrial power supply through the cable drum, eliminating battery charging and battery replacement.
Flanged steel wheels keep the cart aligned with the rail. The standard rail gauge is 1435 mm, with other gauges available according to the track layout.
The variable-frequency drive provides controlled acceleration, deceleration, and travel speed adjustment.

The BJT-30T is powered by a motorized cable reel mounted on the transfer cart.
As the cart moves forward, the reel releases the required length of cable. When the cart returns, the reel winds the cable back onto the drum.
The cable can be routed through a shallow floor duct beside the rail, helping keep the workshop floor clear and reducing the risk of the cable being damaged by forklifts, trucks, or other equipment.
The cable drum motor is interlocked with the cart drive system and operates as required during travel.
