Case: A BHX-50T runs 180m. We used a multi-pole bar. Only 20m of the bar is live at any time. Saves juice compared to keeping the whole 180m hot.

Case: A BHX-150T moves bridge sections. We hung the bar overhead. The spring shoe keeps scraping the bar even when the cart hits a bump or an expansion joint in the concrete.

Case: A BHX-30T moves stainless vats. The bar is IP65—sealed tight against washdown chemicals. No cables on the floor means no place for dirt to hide.
✔Busbar Style: Large single busbars are used for high-powerand high-current applications; multi-pole busbars are used when space is limited.
✔Mounting: Hang it on the side (standard), on top (low ceiling), or overhead (keep floor clear).
✔Toughness: High-heat sleeves for foundries; stainless wrap for acid; UV coat for outdoors.
✔Gaps: Put gaps in the bar for thermal growth. Put "dead zones" in to keep carts from bumping into each other.

We Do the Math: We don't guess the busbar size. We calculate the voltage drop over the whole run. If you need a fatter bar for 200m, we tell you. No undersizing just to win a bid.
Shoes That Last: Our springs don't quit. The shoes stay tight on the busbar. We use good graphite/copper brushes, not the cheap crap that flakes out.
No Jerks: We set up the gaps so the cart glides through without tripping the VFD. Smooth transition, no sudden stops.
All Inclusive: We give you the buabars, the clamps, the hangers, and the spacers. You bolt it together.

Q: How's this different from a BDG?
A: BDG uses the track as a wire—needs insulation and big transformers. BHX uses a separate bar. Easier to install, better for long runs, and uses full 380V.
Q: How long do the brushes last?
A: Anywhere from 6 months to 3 years. Depends on how much dust is in the air and how straight your track is. In a steel mill, check 'em every month.
Q: What if the bar shifts or the floor moves?
A: The spring-loaded shoe floats. It stays on the bar even if the bar moves up/down or side-to-side. It's built for rough floors.
Q: What happens at the gap between power sections?
A: There's a 50-100mm dead spot. The cart uses its momentum to "coast" through. We set up the drive so it doesn't throw a fit when the power blips off for a second.
Q: Can I run more than one cart on the same track?
A: Yeah. We put dead zones in the bar. Only one cart can be on a live section at a time. Stops them from crashing.
Q: What do I gotta maintain?
A: Not much. Look at the bar once a month. Check the brush wear every few months. Wipe the dust off the bar so the shoe gets a good bite.
