Ex d IIB T4 Gb Drive
Conductive Polyurethane Wheels
Air Drive Option
Flameproof Electrical Boxes
Non-Sparking Components
Standard electric carts aren’t allowed past the paint booth door. Batteries vent gas. Motors arc. That’s fine in a clean bay, not in a room full of solvent.
The BWP-15T EX
It pushes 15 tons on solid wheels, steers where you point it, and stops without a dry brake that could flash.
For applications requiring completely electric-free operation, an air-powered drive system is available.
Terminals, fuses, and contactors are protected inside Ex d or Ex e enclosures with IP65 protection. No exposed electrical connections are used.
Stainless steel fasteners and brass fittings reduce the possibility of mechanical sparks caused by metal impact.
Each ATEX explosion proof transfer cart is supplied with identification plates, certificates, and technical documents required for hazardous area applications.

Production racks move into the coating area, stay during spraying, and move out afterward. Forklifts remain outside while the explosion proof transfer cart handles transportation inside the hazardous zone.
Valve skids and heavy components can be transported using the air-drive version. Plant air powers the system without introducing electrical sparks near flammable vapors.
Drum pallets can be transferred between filling stations and storage areas. Grounding systems help control static electricity during operation.
Special containers and equipment can be moved on a fully grounded chassis designed for controlled hazardous environments.
Electrical components are enclosed, grounded, or removed completely. The system is designed to minimize possible ignition risks.
Nameplates, certificates, and inspection documents are supplied with the cart to support safety approval processes.
Unlike rail transfer carts, the trackless design allows flexible movement around columns and existing equipment without installing permanent tracks.
Forward, reverse, speed adjustment, and emergency stop functions are easy for operators to learn and use.
Please feel free to give your inquiry in the form below .We will reply you in 24 hours .
A: Yes. The BWP-15T EX is designed for hazardous areas such as Zone 1 and Zone 2 paint environments. The Ex d protection system prevents internal ignition sources from reaching the surrounding atmosphere.
A: Ex d protects equipment by containing internal explosions inside a flameproof enclosure. Ex ia limits electrical energy so the circuit cannot generate enough spark or heat to ignite hazardous gases.
A: Compressed plant air drives the pneumatic motor through explosion proof control components. This eliminates the need for an electric traction motor in hazardous areas.
A: Steel wheels may create impact sparks in certain conditions. Conductive polyurethane wheels provide smooth operation while helping discharge static electricity safely.
A: Yes. The cart can be supplied with ATEX/IECEx documentation, inspection reports, and hazardous area classification information.
Tell us your hazardous zone classification and whether you need electric drive or pneumatic drive.
Our engineers will select the suitable drive system, safety configuration, and transfer cart design according to your working environment.
No standard solution. Only a customized explosion proof transfer cart designed for your industrial safety requirements.
