A: We recommend keeping the travel distance under 80 meters, with optimal performance within 50 meters. Beyond that, the weight of the cable becomes too heavy for the cart to pull efficiently, and voltage drop becomes a concern.
Q: Won't the cable get damaged dragging on the floor?
A: It will wear eventually. That's why we use heavy-duty rubber-sheathed cables

A: The steel tow chain is designed to take the impact. A direct hit might crush the chain links, but it usually protects the cable inside. If the cable is severed, it can be repaired on-site in under an hour.
