The BZP rail turntable
Straight rails are simple. When a BDG, BJT, or RGV cart
It is built for loads from BZP-5T to BZP-500T. Rotation is driven by a geared motor through a heavy slew ring (ring gear). No guessing, no shimming, just indexed positioning. If the power dies, a manual release lets you crank it back into alignment with a wrench.

Please feel free to give your inquiry in the form below .We will reply you in 24 hours .
Q: How accurate is the rail alignment after rotation?
A: Standard accuracy is ±1mm
Q: What happens if the power fails while a cart is on the turntable?
A: The mechanical brake holds position. To move it, use the manual release mechanism
Q: Can the BZP handle eccentric loads (like a coil on one side)?
A: Yes. We calculate the load distribution and reinforce the table structure. For extreme eccentricity, we recommend a dual-drive system
Q: How does it interface with an RGV system?
A: The BZP acts as a slave device. It receives a "Rotate" command from the RGV’s PLC. Once rotated and locked, the BZP sends back an "In Position & Locked" signal. The RGV waits for this signal before proceeding.
Q: Does the turntable rotate while the cart is moving?
A: Negative.
Q: What maintenance is required?
A: Minimal. Grease the slew ring
Q: Can a rail turntable be installed on an existing concrete foundation?
A: Only if the existing foundation meets the ≤ 3mm/m tolerance. Otherwise, re-pour or use steel shim packs. We verify this before manufacturing.
A turntable is a critical junction. Don’t guess the dimensions.
Send us your rail gauge, required load (BZP-xxT), rotation angle, and whether it needs to talk to an RGV.
We will engineer a BZP turntable that fits your track and your control system.
