The BZP rail turntable​ is the joint in your track system.

Straight rails are simple. When a BDG, BJT, or RGV cart​ hits a T-junction or needs to switch tracks, it drives onto the BZP. The table rotates, and the rails mate up—±1mm accuracy​ (requires concrete foundation tolerance ≤ 3mm/m).

It is built for loads from BZP-5T to BZP-500T. Rotation is driven by a geared motor through a heavy slew ring (ring gear). No guessing, no shimming, just indexed positioning. If the power dies, a manual release lets you crank it back into alignment with a wrench.

    A: Standard accuracy is ±1mm​ relative to the fixed approach track. This requires a reinforced concrete foundation with tolerance ≤ 3mm/m. Soft foundations will compromise accuracy. For non-critical applications, ±2mm or ±3mm is acceptable to reduce cost.

    Q: What happens if the power fails while a cart is on the turntable?

    A: The mechanical brake holds position. To move it, use the manual release mechanism​ (hand crank or hydraulic hand pump). Once aligned and unlocked, the cart can be moved using its own drive system or manually assisted with levers. No signal, no movement.

    Q: Can the BZP handle eccentric loads (like a coil on one side)?
