Ladle transfer cart/car is specially designed to transfer the high-temperature ladle. This kind of ladle transfer cart/car has strict requirements on safety and anti-high temperature, so the material, driving system and electrical parts of the cart should be specially designed. Both the start and stop of the cart should be slow to prevent the molten steel and slag running out of the ladle. The heat insulating material is used in the cart to resist the high temperature. With the functions of steady traveling, Poleless Speed Regulation, PERFECT transfer cart is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc. We use this kind of ladle transfer cart to moving and transporting hot metal ladles to the ingot casting machines or within the plant itself.
Generally the outer surface temperature of the ladle is 200-300 degree, due to the high temperature the cart should be designed with heat exposure proof device, especially to the battery, motor, reducer and electric appliance. It can avoid the transfer cart from damaging and shortening using time. In order to avoid the ladle transfer cart broken during working, there equipped two sets driving system, if the main driving system is broken, the spare driving system can be start at the same time.
